He attacks the failure of Catholic politicians and others to vehemently oppose abortion. Their failure to vote against abortion is a monster crime before God. The higher the position of authority the greater the crime against God. America faces catastrophe if it continues to persist in promoting abortion.

Perhaps the God of the Old Testament has remained mute on talking to his people directly in the 21st Century?
Interesting book, The God of Old by James L. Kugel 2003. Professor Kugel is Star Professor of Hebrew Literature at Harvard University and Visiting Professor of Bible Studies at Bar-Llan University in Israel.

I was very impressed with the clarity of Fr Corapis arguments. Incredibly there have been 50 million abortions in the US since Roe V Wade. No wonder America is beginning to decline.

I have never heard of the book. Must try and get hold of it. I dont believe God has been silent. I believe God has been active through the Virgin Mary. I know some people doubt the apparitions at Medjugorje. However I have no doubt but they are true.
