A video recently released by Aegis Trust shows the testimony of four men who state they actively participated in the violence and massacres on Darfur, and who are not afraid to call it genocide. The video was uploaded on The Hub and it is hoped that people will pass it on to others in order to spread this information:
The men - whose identities are obscured - are former members of the Sudanese military and the Janjaweed militia: one was a senior officer in the Sudan Army Finance, one a high-ranking Janjaweed commander, another a Janjaweed footsoldier, and the last a Sudanese soldier.
On the video, you can hear their testimonies of how the Sudanese government recruited the Janjaweed militias, gave them weapons and supplies and whenever they attacked villages, the government would cover it up and state that the attack had been done by the military against rebels, and not by militias attacking civilians. The video is available with German subtitles, Arabic subtitles and French subtitles.
According to Aegis Trust's press release on Human Rights First, this video could assist in the International Criminal Court's decision to issue an arrest warrant against Sudan's president, General Omar al-Bashir:
Since 2003, at least 300,000 civilians have died in Darfur and millions have been displaced from their homes, many of them at the hands of militia nicknamed the ‘Janjaweed' ('devils on horseback'). Time after time, survivors stated - and international observers confirmed - that as they murdered, raped, looted and burned village after village, the Janjaweed was backed by the Sudanese army and air force. Yet the Sudanese Government has consistently denied responsibility for atrocities in Darfur and to this day, says it has nothing to do with the Janjaweed.
However, the defectors in this film - some of them speaking publicly for the first time - tell a very different story.(Source: Global Voices)

Youth Riots - Rosengard,Malmo, Sweden-December 19th
Ewa-Gun Westford, a police spokeswoman, said the clashes on Wednesday and Thursday night were linked to the recent closure of an Islamic cultural centre in Malmo's heavily-immigrant populated neighbourhood of Rosengard.
The owner of the building had decided not to renew the centre's lease, which houses a mosque.
"We've had a very difficult evening. There's extensive damage to public property and there's been stone-throwing and bomb threats against police," Westford said... (Al Jazeera)

Florida Video: Cuban- Americans fear Socialist Obama who will negotiate with Castro and Chavez
As this Sky News video explains many Cuban Americans in Florida fear Obama. They regard him as a North American Socialist who will negotiate with Castro and Chavez. These are the people who have good reason to detest Castro. The majority of Cuban Americans see Obama as radical on the left. They are voting in large numbers for John McCain.

Obama’s lack of foreign policy experience a huge threat to American security
So Barack Obama would withdraw US troops from Iraq in 160 days. Irrespective of the rights and wrongs of the decision to send US troops to Iraq the reality is that a US withdrawal in 160 days would plunge Iraq into chaos. Civil war would develop between Shias and Sunnis. Saudi Arabia has stated that in such an eventuality it will support the Sunnis. It is highly probable that Iran would neutralise Iraq. In essence Iran would begin to dominate the Gulf area.
This would threaten oil supplies and add to the upward spiral in oil prices as supplies from the Middle East began to dry up.
It is highly unlikely that Israel would stand idly by and allow an emboldened Iran to threaten its own security. The Middle East would be plunged into a military conflagration.

Obama has also threatened to intervene in Pakistan in pursuit of Osama Bin Laden. This would immediately precipitate the fall of the Pakistani Government. Moslem extremists would then seize power and take possession of the Pakistani nuclear arsenal. This would bring about a nuclear Armageddon.
Obama’s lack of foreign policy experience has frightening implications not alone for American security but also for the security of the West and friendly Middle East countries.
On security issues Obama lacks maturity and sound judgement. Countries such as Iran are more likely to challenge an inexperienced President. John McCain is strong on foreign policy issues. Hence it is unlikely that unfriendly countries would be too anxious to test his resolve.

Day for Darfur
This humanitarian catastrophe has left up to 400,000 or more dead and 2,500,000 refugees.
Russia and China have supplied arms and ammunition to Sudan. This hardware has been transferred to Darfur for use by the Islamo-fascist government and the Moslem Janjaweed militias thus violating a UN arms embargo against Sudan. The Janjaweed militias have unleashed a reign of terror in Darfur against Christians and animists destroying economic activity, burning villages, raping women and burning children alive.
China has huge investments in the oil industry in Sudan and has been criticized for watering down U.N. resolutions on Darfur. China is the main opponent on the U.N. Security Council of the argument by Western countries that sanctions should be held in reserve to force Khartoum to comply with peace moves. The Chinese on account of their huge oil investments in Sudan have sufficient political leverage with the Sudanese Government to stop the atrocities by the Janjaweed. In reality the Chinese are posturing. Actions do not match words. China has no intention of upsetting the Islamo Fascists. It is more concerned with maintaining control over Sudanese oil resources.
In 1983, the government dominated by northern Arabs tried to impose Islamic Sharia law across Sudan, even in areas where the majority is not Muslim. This is still its intention.
Today's 'Day for Darfur' is being marked by demonstrations in around 30 countries and the release of a charity record.
Britain, says it will not contribute soldiers to the 26,000-strong joint U.N. and African Union peacekeepers in line with Khartoum's demand for a predominantly African presence in Darfur.
However Prime Minister Gordon Brown has pledged technical support for peacekeepers due to go to Sudan's Darfur region.
This force is not sufficient to end the genocide in Darfur. It is a sticking plaster solution.
