On Tuesday evening last thousands of people from all over Austria attended a prayer vigil for peace at St. Stephen's Cathedral Vienna (Wiener Stephansdom) - With Medjugorje visionary Marija. Cardinal Schönborn was also in attendance. Marija Pavlovic-Lunetti was special guest of honour. Maria Pavlovic-Lunetti told how her life has been gradually changed by the daily apparitions.

"None of us would have ever dreamed of such a thing. We asked ourselves: Why we were chosen for this grace? We're not the best. Our Lady (Virgin Mary in Croatian, COR) invited us to conversion. With each passing day, our prayer was deeper and stronger. We began to make sacrifices for the intentions of the Virgin Mary. Our Lady began to convert our hearts and asked us to set up prayer groups. They inspired us to do more and to begin in our hearts with it. "Maria Pavlovic-Lunetti further stated that Medjugorje was an invitation from the Mother of God," [for people to] return to God. I am convinced that the earth has no future without God. "She was therefore" grateful that I can visit your diocese to hand over your heart to the Madonna. Apparition of Our Lady to Mirjana at Medjugorje March 2nd 2009

Mirjana received her 10th secret on Christmas 1982. The Blessed Virgin appears to her on her birthday, March 18 each year. Our Lady has also been appearing to Mirjana on the 2nd of each month since August 2, 1987 and has stressed the need for prayer for unbelievers. Mirjana has stated that it is very important that all of us pray for the unbelievers in the world.

Our Lady gave this message to Mirjana on March 2nd 2009:

"Dear children! I am here among you. I am looking into your wounded and restless hearts. You have become lost, my children. Your wounds from sin are becoming greater and greater and are distancing you all the more from the real truth. You are seeking hope and consolation in the wrong places, while I am offering to you sincere devotion which is nurtured by love, sacrifice and truth. I am giving you my Son."

Once Our Lady stops appearing there will be three warnings given to the world. Mirjana will witness the warnings and they will occur on the earth. Ten days before each of the warnings, she will advise the priest she chose for this task (Father Petar Ljubicic), who will then fast and pray with Mirjana for seven days. Then, three days before the warning is to take place, Fr. Petar will announce to the world what, where, and when the warning is to take place. Fr. Petar has no choice, and must reveal each warning. Mirjana's testimony will be a confirmation of the validity of the apparitions and an incentive for the conversion of the world. After the first warning, the others will follow within a rather brief period of time. So it is that people will have time for conversion. After the three warnings, the permanent visible sign will be left on the mountain where Our Lady first appeared in Medjugorje. Those who are still alive will have little time for conversion. For that reason, the Blessed Virgin calls for urgent conversion and reconciliation. The permanent sign will lead to many healings and conversions before the messages become reality.

A Long Island Couple filmed this remarkable sequence of the sun at Medjugorje June 25, 2006, the 25th anniversary of the Marian apparitions (June 25, 1981). These images are historically similar to what was seen at Fatima in 1917 and viewed by 70,000. Many times the camera will capture light images the human eye cannot perceive until the recording media is processed. Note the shadows, use sunglasses, hats by visitors, and the viginetting of light in the camera lenses of what it is recording.
