Obama Is A Left Wing Extremist

In 1996 Barack Obama ran for the Illinois State Senate with the endorsement of the Democratic Socialist Party of America (DSA). The Democratic Socialist Party of America is an extreme left organization. Some apologists claim that the party is similar to European Social Democratic parties. It is nothing of the sort. It is far to the left of such parties.

Its policies are essentially Trotskyite, as a glance at its website will testify. It was founded in 1982 and was essentially a merger of Communists, Socialists and Trotskyites.It is time for a greater analysis of its links with the Democratic Party.

The following question appears on its website :

Q Aren’t you a party that’s in competition with the Democratic Party for votes and support?

A "No, we are not a separate party. Like our friends and allies in the feminist, labor, civil rights, religious, and community organizing movements, many of us have been active in the Democratic Party. We work with those movements to strengthen the party’s left wing, represented by the Congressional Progressive Caucus. The process and structure of American elections seriously hurts third party efforts. Winner-take-all elections instead of proportional representation, rigorous party qualification requirements that vary from state to state, a presidential instead of a parliamentary system, and the two-party monopoly on political power have doomed third party efforts. Maybe sometime in the future, in coalition with our allies, an alternative national party will be viable. For now, we will continue to support progressives who have a real chance at winning elections, which usually means left-wing Democrats."

This party is a Party within the Democratic Party and strongly endorses Obama. Under Obama or Clinton, for that matter, taxation of the middle class will rocket. Many of Hillary Clinton’s policies mirror those of Obama. Clinton however manages to assuage voters fears with more sanitized language.

Clinton prepares for Democratic Convention Bloodbath as huge split looms-The Lady is not for turning

In an interview with Greta Van Susteren tonight -on Fox News- Clinton was strong on aspirations but weak on solutions. She had something for every one in the audience. She used all the usual soothing sound bytes designed to woo the electorate. She talked about a strong middle class and then outlined a wish list, which if brought to fruition would cripple the middle class -by higher taxation. When challenged to outline her policy on job creation she hinted at curtailing free trade. Protectionism is a recipe for American stagnation. She failed dismally to outline a clear strategy on wealth creation. In short she has no credible economic policies. A Clinton Presidency will usher in a period of rocketing taxation.

Once more she refused to admit that she told untruths in relation to her trip to Bosnia. As far as she was concerned it was an honest mistake. Unfortunately for Clinton the TV footage tells another story.

In relation to the nomination she outlined her determination to take the fight to the convention floor. She stated that there was ten more states -with millions of votes- to be counted. She consistently emphasised the right of Michigan and Florida voters. She declared that the Florida/Michigan votes would be counted one way or another at the convention. In other words there will be a fire fight on the convention floor if necessary. She consistently blamed Obama for the impasse. Clinton is prepared to fracture the Democratic Party if necessary to get the nomination. The lady is not for turning. The Democratic Party is on the precipice of self-destruction propelled by a ruthless ambitious woman. This is music to the ears of the GOP.

Clinton's Philadelphia Speech-Housing proposals will result in Higher Taxation and Nationalisation

Below is an excerpt from a speech given by Hillary Clinton on the economy-in Philadelphia today. As is usual with any Clinton proposal, the devil is in the detail. Superficially the proposals sound attractive. A careful analysis indicates that political expediency is more important to Clinton than financial reality. The measures proposed are designed to get her over the hump of the Pennsylvania Primary. Beware of Greeks bearing gifts. Clinton is angling towards a measure of nationalisation. In addition the hard-pressed taxpayer will pick up the tab for some of her bird-brained proposals.

Note the wording below: “It would be designed to be self- financing over time, so would cost taxpayers nothing in the long run.” This is code for a tax rise in the short term. Short term eventually becomes long term. Sensible measures are required. But certainly nationalisation and a higher tax burden should be ruled out emphatically.

Naturally hard pressed house owners will welcome any offer of help. The general body of tax payers may think differently as Clinton attempts to buy the electors with their hard earned dollars

"That's why I believe the Federal Housing Administration should also stand ready to be a temporary buyer, to purchase, restructure and resell underwater mortgages.
Just as it has in the past, this kind of temporary measure by the government could give our economy the boost it needs and families the help they certainly need. It would not require a single new federal bureaucracy. It would be designed to be self- financing over time, so would cost taxpayers nothing in the long run.
It's a sensible way for everyone -- lenders, investors, mortgage companies and borrowers -- to share responsibility, keep families in their homes, stabilize communities and the economy.


In order to determine whether the approach outlined by Representative Frank and Senator Dodd is sufficient or whether we need the government to step in as a purchaser, I'm calling on President Bush to appoint an emergency working group on foreclosures. That's the second part of my plan. We simply cannot wait until Congress passes legislation to find the best way to help millions of families."
