Afghan doctors deliver medicine for Korean hostages

* Out Of Sight Out Of Mind *
There has been very little coverage by the Western media of the Korean hostage crisis in Afghanistan. The Taliban have already murdered two Korean hostages. The terrorist demand for prisoners to be released has proved a sticking point in all negotiations so far. The Afghan Government has refused to give in to blackmail. The Korean Government is practically powerless in the matter. In the latest developments:

"Afghan doctors have delivered medicines for 21 South Koreans kidnapped by Taliban rebels in Afghanistan more than two weeks ago.
The head of a private Afghan clinic said his team had dropped more than $1580 worth of antibiotics, pain killers, vitamin tablets and heart pills in an area of desert in the Qarabagh district of Ghazni province as instructed by the rebels................................"
